Sneak Peek: 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

It's showtime!  The 69th Regiment Armory in NYC was all a-buzz as guests and media waited for the lingerie-clad struts of the famous Victoria's Secret models.  And what a show it was!  The entire show was a celebration of glitz and glamour from the musical performances of Kanye West and Jay-Z, Maroon 5, and Nicki Minaj,  to the magically  outrageous costume designs.  This year's show collections fell into 6 themes:  Super Angels, Ballet, Passion, Angels Aquatic, I Put a Spell on You and Club Pink.

The VS Fashion Lounge: Character Sketches
In the months during Fashion Week, I was fortunate to have seen preview sketches of some of the looks from last night's show. It's amazing to see how a vision comes to life!

Todd Thomas the head designer behind theVS Fashion Show,  whose team crafted the looks by hand using thousands of feathers, crystals, semi-precious stones and metals. Also seen on the Pink Carpet: Blondie's Debbie Harry, Damiani (designer of the Black Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra), designer Donna Karan, music mogul Russell Simmons, actor and model Tyson Beckford,  and Twilight actress Rachelle Lefevre.
